Medium Speed Generator Sets

Medium speed generator sets are available in a range of power outputs from 2,000 kWel to 20,000 kWel and operate on a variety of liquid and gaseous fuels including natural gas, biogas, hydrogen, diesel and heavy fuel oil. Offering very high electrical efficiency (Typically >50% electrical efficiency) these work horses are designed to operate as base load power plants with a design life of 200,000 running hours.
